Perrysburg Eye Center participates in most insurance plans and accepts Medicare assignment as well. Even if your plan is not listed below, we will work with every patient to try and get their eye care covered. If you do not have eye insurance, or your carrier isn’t listed, that doesn’t mean you can’t get an exam! Be sure to call our billing and consulting team to discuss options, including payment plans, that can help ensure you get the eye care you need no matter what.

For your convenience, we will file the claim with your insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for payment of services not covered by insurance. For those who do not have insurance, payments can be made through our billing department.
